Beyond leadership development, our consultants offer deep capabilities in process improvement and operational design, including the use of AI-enabled tools to streamline systems like inventory and resource management. We use several data-driven insights, from 360° assessments to emotional intelligence evaluations, to shape meaningful growth for individuals and teams. Our team also includes senior advisors with executive experience in philanthropy, grant writing, program evaluation and alumni relations, allowing us to support higher education institutions with the nuance and depth their missions require. ABOUT THE PRESIDENT

Dana Peebles is the President & Principal at Baystone Transformation Group. For over 20 years, Dana has specialized in leading organizations through strategic change management, training program implementation, and team engagement. With a deep understanding of both the science of people and the complexities of organizational systems, she guides leaders through a structured yet adaptable approach to transformation that equips their teams to embrace change, take action and deliver measurable outcomes.

Dana has partnered with organizations like Duke Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, leading initiatives in HR change, culture transformation, and leadership development. With a Master of Public Health and a Master of Science in Organization Development, she blends strategic insight with practical tools to empower teams and drive sustainable change.

A certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner, Dana is passionate about creating healthy, engaged workplaces. Based in North Carolina, Dana has certifications as a yoga instructor and in Prosci® ADKAR change management. She is a podcast enthusiast, public speaker, international traveler and community volunteer.
